The report provides key statistics related to enforcement of international requirements on foreign flag vessels calling in US ports as well as on the safety performance of Flag States and Recognized Organizations. ClassIBS | 2013-2015 Safety Compliance Performance According to the published performance results for the year 2015 and the 3-year period 2013-2015 relevant to class societies, ClassIBS is listed among class societies with a detention ratio of 0% In 36 individual vessel examinations in distinct arrivals for the period 2013 to 2015, ClassIBS had no RO related detention and thus continues its presence amongst the top performers in the USCG Port State Control Reports, since 2013.
