Jamaican Flag State's New Circular - Prevention of Drug and Alcohol Abuse Among Seafarers

In April 2024, Jamaica issued a new circular (with a Chinese translation attached) on the prevention of drug and alcohol abuse among seafarers. All relevant management companies and vessels are requested to comply with the circular.
